M.S.Zoha

M.S.Zoha is a Post Graduate Civil Engineer and promoter of Casta Group. He is the Chairman of Casta Engineers Pvt Ltd, Managing Director of Casta Infratech Pvt Ltd and adviser of Regenerate India. Before the current role, he has been responsible for establishing the engineering practice for strategizing, planning, monitoring and executing various large scale infrastructure projects of highways, railways, buildings, etc. Under his leadership, Casta Engineers has evolved to be the fastest growing engineering consulting company of India.

He is an engineer from Central University of India with and also having post-graduation in civil engineering. He has over 22 years of rich experience mostly in Infrastructure sector.

M.H.Gentle

M.H.Gentle is a Post Graduate Civil Engineer having 15 years of experience in planning, design andconstruction supervision of various infrastructure projects including experience in contract management.

He has been leading teams of Engineers for field investigations, surveys, analysis and design, preparation of contract and tender documents, interpretation of contract and technical specifications, on a number of highway projects for Feasibility Studies and Detailed Project Reports and supervision.

Amarjeet Kumar Singh

Amarjeet Kumar Singh is a tenacious MBA professional with over decade of rich experience in Business Development, Channel Management, Client Relationship Management and Team Management. A proactive planner with abilities in devising effective strategies for augmenting business, identifying and penetrating new segments and promoting for business excellence. Earlier Amarjeet was associated with many International and multi national’s organization like Sogreah, Jacobs, Elite and successfully materialize national and World Bank funded project. From the beginning of his carrier he worked in infrastructure sector mainly in Roads and Railways. He has also rich experience in transaction advisory.

Mohammad Alam

Mohammad Alam is a Graduate Civil Engineer having more than 20 years of experience in the field of design and construction of coastal structure and highway. He has a sound technical knowledge and practical experience and served as a Projects Director over the last several years for various PMC Projects. He has gained vast experience in designing and construction supervision of various coastal, offshore structures and Road Projects in middle east (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain & Oman) and India. His track record in management of the projects is excellent as he is capable to handle all odd situation during the execution cycle of the project. Hepossesses excellent coordination skill with subordinate staff, Client, Authorities and all the Stake Holders.

Ashok Bakshi

Ashok Bakshi is a Graduate Civil Engineer, having more than 45 years of experience. He has served in India as well as in Multinational companies in various positions. As a multitalented personality and having experience in various fields of Civil Engineering, is a true reflection of his professional and entrepreneurial accomplishments. He has vast experience of tunnel,road and bridge projects.

He has lead multilateral funding projects with various organizations like RITES Ltd, Lahmeyer International and retired from Water and Power Consultancy (WAPCOS) from the position of Chief Engineer Civil.

Shailendra Shukla

Shailendra Shukla has retired from the top most Government position, he served as Engineer in Chief and now he has engaged with Casta with his immense experience as Sr. Vice President. He has Managerial experience enriched with the knowledge of law. Rich Experience of planning, construction and monitoring of various types of project with M.B.A. in (Project Management) imparts an advantageous edge. He is skilled in the project management, contract management and design of support system, expert in interpretation of various contract clauses, efficient in arbitration cases and well versed with Government procedures and can very well liaison with Government Departments. He is an expert in Arbitration Cases.

Shamim Baig

Shamim Baig is a Graduate Civil Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in project management and construction. He has successfully completed several Industrial and Residential building including high rise projects. His expertise includes works like quantity estimation, preparation of cost estimates, finalization and adoption of the scheme for field work for QS activities, rate analysis and comparison with similar ongoing works. Completion and Development of a data bank related to QS activities, Preparation of PQ document and BOQ, Drafting bid documents assistance in the floating of tenders, Scheduling of all Field analysis and documentation activities.

Mohd Kafeel Ahmad

Mohd. Kafeel Ahmad is a Graduate in Law and he is a Legal Expert in Feasibility Studies, Detailed Engineering, Construction Engineering, Drafting the concession Agreement and assist in removal of all legal constraints in respect of land acquisition, removal of encroachment/ utilities, rehabilitation. Advising on the legal, commercial and corporate structuring, advising and assisting in obtaining the regulatory approvals ,assist in preparation of the RFQ and RFP documents and in selection of preferred Bidders, identifying and analyzing legal issues, negotiating and drafting key documents. He has also been instrumental in providing legal assistance for BOT projects in Highways.
