Evaluation of tenders and advice to the owner or BOT Concessionaires on selection of the executing agencies. Assistance to owner or BOT concessionaires or Design-Build Contractor in contract negotiations.
Field assistance including provision of technical advice on construction technologies usually for contractor or contractor’s client working on design-build Projects.
Preparation of maintenance programme and manuals, advice on repairs and rehabilitation/reconstruction of infrastructures and services.
Contract management including material procurement and maintaining inventories.
